I Had An Massive Ear Infection In My Ear Around

I had an massive ear infection in my ear around mothers day...was put on 2 different antibiotics it cleared up and about 7 weeks or so ago I stated getting really bad pimples Specialy on my forehead.. I am 36 have had children and I have an iud that I have has for 3 years....I have tried bunch of different face cleaners and my doctor but me on an new face cream that he gave me a prescription for and I did not like it at all...now they put me on a antibiotic doxycycline and I have been on it for 5 days and I don't feel any better....this is a very depressing this and I am don't know what to do....do u think its hormones or something to do with when I took the antibiotics back when I had my ear infection.if u have any wise words plzz do share...Thank you sarah
