I Had An Miscarriage 2 Years Bck I Was 4

I had an miscarriage 2 years bck I was 4 weeks pregnant.. N as I was not able to concieve I did all the check up n reports were normal even my husband reports were normal but when I did my HSG it was showing tubal blockage.. Last month I did my laparoscopy and reports are normal now..

I would like to know that doctor have prescribed me siphine tab 100mg for 5 days will this help n will I b able to concieve fast.
