I Had An Mri And It Showed L4/L5 Disc Desiccation.

I had an mri and it showed L4/L5 Disc Desiccation. I have no lower back pain but I do suffer from Piriformis pain, I had an injection and it helped with the numbness and tingling for several months but I can not move my leg away from my body and I have pain at top of thigh where the crease is. I don't feel like my back is the problem, it feels as though something is catching or trapped in my buttock area.
