I had an open myomectomy in April 2016....After visiting with my internal medicine doctor I was told I had a small incisional hernia. I have a few questions: 1) What will a CT scan reveal 2) Could exercise (intense spin class) could have caused this to happen? I waited 5 months before exercise 3) Will weight loss decrease my chances of developing another hernia?
