I Had An Or If Right Ankle Fractures Last Thursday,have

I had an or if right ankle fractures last Thursday,have been non weight bearing on right leg and using a walker to hop around on left leg. Initially all my muscles were sore, now today left calf is painful again. No redness or swelling. Should I be concerned
