I Had An Ovation Cyst On My Overly. We Watched

I had an ovation cyst on my overly. We watched it for a couple of years until it appeared larger. I had the pelvic ultrasound that was positive for the cyst. We did a Roma blood test that came back elevated, did a ct scan with and without contrast....no cyst found. We are retesting the Roma this week. The question is can that protein indicate other diagnosises?
