I Had An Overactive Thyroid 46 Yrs Ago. I Took

I had an overactive thyroid 46 yrs ago. I took a radioactive large pill to shrink it. They couldn't do surgery
at the time as my blood pr was too high. The dr I have now just asked me to get a scan on it. Now I am a
bit worried as I am thinking the radioactive pill may have caused cancer. I am 76 now.
