I Had An Ultrasound At My 20 Week Mark To

I had an ultrasound at my 20 week mark to find out the sex of our baby. it came back there was a shadow on the heart. She told me it could be a possible sign of down syndrome but not to worry as it could be nothing. I had another ultrasound at 26 weeks and it is still there. Does it mean that it is downs syndrome?
