I Had An Ultrasound Done Recently And Here's The Results:

I had an ultrasound done recently and here's the results:
uterus: measuring 8.5x 5.4 x 3.6 cm, myometrium isnormal
endometrium: thickened measuring 1.5 cm, likely proliferative phase of menstrual cycle
right ovary : 2.2 x 2 x 1.3 cm
left ovary : not seen, a cyst is seen in the left adnexa 1.8 x 1.9 x 1.8 cm

there are some echogenic foci seen in the cervix canal such as nabothians cyst or a polyp. follow examiniation.
I was wondering if any of the findings is lefe threaten , and how can be treated
