I Had An Ultrasound Done This Morning After I Was

I had an ultrasound done this morning after I was having some spotting in between the periods for about 4 month and lower back persistent pain. I am 36 year old female with 2 children, ages 3 and 5. My u/s showed 15 mm endometrial thickness and enlarged right ovary. What can that mean? Thank you!
