I Had An Ultrasound On My Kidneys And The Report

I had an ultrasound on my kidneys and the report said: "In the mid right kidney is a tiny 6mm cyst and in the mid right kidney is a 4 mm echogenic focus in the cortex? calcification."
What does this mean? I have been to my doctor and she said it was normal but after searching online, I would like a second opinion.
