I Had An Ultrasound On My Scrotum For A Hydrocele

I had an ultrasound on my scrotum for a hydrocele that I have and during the ultrasound I ejaculated. I wanted to know if that pretty common and could they of been able to tell on the ultrasound they were taking. I was covered up with blankets and not exposed and wanted to know it they wound of known it happened.
