I Had An Ultrasound Today To Check For Gallbladder Disease.

I had an ultrasound today to check for gallbladder disease. The PA told me afterwards that there is a shadow in my liver that they had noted before during a CT scan of my kidneys. They never told me about that previously. How concerned should I be about this shadow and should I request further testing regarding it?
