I Had An Ultrasound Which Showed A 11mm Endometrium So

I had an ultrasound which showed a 11mm endometrium so had a biopsy done on Monday, Had a bit of cramping and bleeding Monday & Tuesday then nothing on Wednesday. This morning I started bleeding again, not a lot but enough to need a pad. Doctor stopped my estrogen on Monday after the biopsy & lowered my dose of progesterone to 10 mg/ day instead of 20 mg, I'm wondering if I have started a period from stopping the estrogen? I was started on Hrt at age 50 & was still having periods when I started the Hrt, Its been almost 4 years since I've had a period.
