I Had An Unprovoked DVT Of Right Upper Extremity About

I had an unprovoked DVT of right upper extremity about a year ago and took Xarelto for 3 months. For the past day, I have had intermittent pain and numbness/tingling going down my right arm. The pain is moderate and I may have a lump or some swelling at the site of the original DVT. I have a Doppler ultrasound scheduled for 4 pm tomorrow. Do you think I need to present to ER for evaluation tonight or can it wait until tomorrow?
