I Had An Unusual Thing Yesterday, Was Gong To The

I had an unusual thing yesterday, was gong to the gym to exercise, it was not vary cold, got on the stationaly bike and my middle finger on the left hand had lost circulation. It was white, numb and scared me to death. I rubbed it for about 15 minutes vigorously and the circulation returned. I just read up on this and seems it could be related to stroke. I have high blood pressure it is under control with 50.m. grams of Metoprol. I have regular checkups, I had an artery ultrasound and have mild caroidit arteries, un the upper part of the neck the Doctor said it was not serious.
I am 73 and in good healt, not over weight and exercise regularly. I have symptoms of carpel tunnel, some tingling in that wrist sometimes accompanied with sharp nerve going up the arm. I do have arthritis, had a knee replacement in March , have back pain related to Arthritis. Had a bone scan one month ago and it was fine.
