I Had An Xray And This Is What My Results

I had an xray and this is what my results were. Can you translate into plain english for me?

Mild joint space narrowing with osteophyte formation about the femoral
head and acetabulum. Minimal enthesopathy about the greater
trochanter. No fractures or other focal acute bony abnormalities are
seen. No visible avascular necrosis. The visualized portions of the
right sacroiliac joint are unremarkable.
