I Had An Xray Taken Of My Cervical Spine And

I had an xray taken of my cervical spine and in the results it stated that there were mildly prominent jugular and accessory lymph nodes, probably active. also there is prominence of the lymphoid tissue at the tongue base and prominence of the palantine tonsils, so confused what does this all mean?
