I Had Anal Sex, With My Partner Last Week. Felt

I had anal sex, with my partner last week. Felt good, no pain.
For the past 3 days I have had diarrhea, bumps have formed on my anus.
Today extreme temperature changes, nausea, muscle weakness and dizziness with ringing ears.
