I Had Ankle Surgery Three Weeks Ago. I Stopped Taking

I had ankle surgery three weeks ago. I stopped taking hydrochodone 25mg two days ago. When I lay down to go to sleep I feel like I have itchy muscles in my chest, arms n back..it's pretty unbareable n uncomfortable. It feel like restless leg syndrome in my chest. Doc gave me hydroxizine, is that for this feeling and is this withdrawl from those awful opiates?
