I Had Annular Pancreas Surgery About 8 Years Ago Which

I had annular pancreas surgery about 8 years ago which didn't help in abdominal discomfort but I was able to sleep at night when I controlled my diet. For the past three months the pain increased and wakes me up exactly after 3 hours sleeping. I get up and sit straight for an hour then the pain goes away. I had all the blood, urine andsrool tests which are normal. I don't have nausea, blood in stool or urine, or any heartburn. 2 weeks ago I had endoscopy which didn't show any sign of gastritis or ulcer. Last week I had CT scan and the abdominal specialist called me that I have sipraumbilical hernia which "may" contribute to the pain but he is not sure if that is the core problem. I, therefore, request you to give me an opinion so that I don't go through another unnecessary surgery. The doctor already referred me to a surgeon.
