I had anterior spinal fusion 13 days ago (C3 thru C7 and the Dr. put in spacers at all 3 levels. I have until
day 11 followed the orders I was sent home with. Day 11 I woke up feeling great, well I overdid it. That night my shoulders/spine from base of neck down started with burning/tearing severe pain & discomfort. Today it has gotten worse, constant pain & if I move it feels like some is cutting my muscle at bottom of shoulders up spine with hot dull knife. I have slept approx. 8 hrs in 2 days. I can't get comfortable. Is now staying on top of shoulders to spine, like I'm pulling a cramped up muscle. Please...ideas.
