I Had Antibiotics. Resulted In Having What Was Thought To

I had antibiotics. Resulted in having what was thought to be oral thrush. Resistant to diff treatments. Had swab result clear. Still have coated tongu which has sore patches and splits. I now have difficulty swallowing. Back of throat feels swollen like swallowing lump. Can eat and swallow but feels sore. Could the fungal whatever it is be in my throat too.
