I Had Aqualipo Over 3 Months Ago And Developed A

I had aqualipo over 3 months ago and developed a hard lump above my navel which I believe to be a fat necrosis. I've seen a lymphatic massager for about 5 treatments; it helped some but it is still there and now it is kinda painful. It's about the size of a medium strawberry and the skin pooches with a pucker. Who do I need to see to get this removed or excised? My PS's office said they don't do this. But I want it gone.
