I Had Baby 2 Weeks Ago Since Then I Have

I had baby 2 weeks ago since then I have had serve diarrhea I can't hold in if am out so I don't go out I also get pains on left side just beside rib cage, I also have swollen hemorrhoids when I go toilet I can't walk or sit because of them and I get shooting pain going up bottom
