I Had Back And Chest Pains. I Went To Emergency

I had back and chest pains. I went to emergency . Because of my families history, both my parents had heart problems, they ran a battery of test. One was a CT angiogram. It showed 80% blockage so they had to do a regular angiogram. That showed 50% blockage in a few areas. They did not do a balloon or stent. They said it has to be over 70% to do anything. They sent me home with a Lipitor prescription. Is that the normal procedure?
