I Had Back Surgery In July With And Had Spinal

I had back surgery in July with and had spinal fluid leaks during the procedure. The surgery went on for over 8 hours. Four days later I was taken back to surgery to repair 3 more leaks. Could this cause a stroke in the middle of the cerebellum? I am struggling with my balance when I walk or transition.
