I had bariatric surgery 3 months ago. I'm taking Actigall and Biotin 5000 mcg, Calcium citrate w/vitamin D3 daily, 4 flintstone vitamins daily, B12 sublinqual 2000 mcg daily. I've noticed in the last week that I have black stains on my teeth. The Biotin & Actigall both are in capsules. I open both capsules, pour it on my tongue with water.
