I Had Bartholin Excission In Left Part Immediately After20 Days

I had bartholin excission in left part immediately after20 days of my first delivery. ..and second excission in my right part after one year .. and I had a severe pain in my inner thighs and vaginal muscles through months . was this pain due to the infection or due to normal delivery?because the same pain I am experiencing now after 2 years of my delivery. Does this mean, again an infection in the cyst areas which got operated?
