I Had Been Doing PT For Ongoing Low Back Pain.

I had been doing PT for ongoing low back pain. Today she did some deep tissue massage over my mid to low back on the left side that was quite painful. It now feels very tender and bruised over that area. Not long after the appointment I urinated and there was some bright red blood when I wiped. Could the massage have irritated/injured the kidney?
