I Had Been Fixed With A Stent For The Acute

I had been fixed with a stent for the acute chest pain two months ago, I am on regular medication such as abrillinta 90, lasilactone, storvas20, ecosprin 75 along with strict non fat food. I drink alcohol once in a week about 90-100 ml and I chew tobacco regularly, my question whether chewing tobacco may cause the enigma again?
