I Had Been Having A Lot Of Pain At Left

I had been having a lot of pain at left cheek but running down into tooth. Dentist said sinus infection and root of that tooth is sticking up into sinus cavity. But it hasn't hurt in a while. Today I had a knot come up on the jaw/cheek bone inside mouth and is sore to touch but not like a tooth ache like before.
