I Had Been Having A Period (had Been Bleeding) Since

I had been having a period (had been bleeding) since early September up until now, almost January.
I got my birth control implant taken out this Wednesday (dec 28) and I'm still slightly bleeding.
I'm mainly just wondering how long it would be for me to become pregnant or when
I should start trying.
My husband and I are ready to start our family and would love to hear what we could do to help forward conception!
