I Had Been Hospitalized On October 12, 2016 With A

I had been hospitalized on October 12, 2016 with a resting heart rate of 170. I was in the hospital for 8 days and was cardioversion on 2 occasions and for 30 seconds i would leave AFib for 30 seconds then go back into afib. For the next 90 days my heart rate was controlled my diet was changed and i went and had a cardioversion again and i am now out of afib and back in rhythm i am 63 years old workout 5 times a week my resting heart rate is in the mid 50's and when i work out it will go as high as 125-130 i am still on meds hopefully to get off meds is the mid 50's okay and healthy
