I Had Been Married For Last 5 Year. Since Last

I had been married for last 5 year. Since last 2 years we were planned to get a baby. We had shown multiple infertility specialist and found my wife’s fallopian tube are choked on both side. Last month she had even done D&C. Now doctors are advising to go for IVF. We are in shock stage and able to reaching any decision. Our age myself in 43 years and she is 31 years.
