I Had Been On Clindamycin 300 Mg 4 Times A

I had been on clindamycin 300 mg 4 times a day for an infection in a broken toe. Because the Hospital refered me to the wrong doctor, I had to take it for a month , until I could get an appointment with a foot doctor. I have had the worst diareha for 12 days . My doctor gave me a prescription for it and while I was taking that it stopped and it is back now that I have taken the whole prescription. How long does it take for the antibiotic overdose to get out of my system?
