I Had Been Taken Off My Plavix Over A Period

I had been taken off my Plavix over a period of five days due to I had surgery. A few days before surgery I got a terrible headache on my left side in my neck and arm. I went to the emergency room and was told that I had a migrane. It has been another week and I am still having a headache especially when I wake up and sometimes at night. I wake up dizzy and feel like I am a little confused. I have experienced 3 TIA in the past. I also have a nosebleed for the past week with clots. Just feel something is not right. I am back on my plavik for a week. What do think?
