I Had Been Taking Zoloft And Then Effexor XR For

I had been taking Zoloft and then Effexor XR for approx. two years. I was always told that I have a phenomenal memory. Over the past year, I have been experiencing word finding problems. It is especially challenging, because I am a Speech Therapist. I mentioned this to my Physician and also told her that I have found various posts from others having the same experiences. I switched from Zoloft, because I was going through a divorce, and I was crying frequently. Now, I am trying to decide if Effexor XR is what I should be taking. I was prescribed 75 mg, but I was still feeling anxiety and depression. So, the Physician increased it to 150mg. I am looking forward to any other advice. Thank you! P.S. I don't want to end up with dementia!
