I Had Bells Palsy Caused By Ramsey Hunt Syndrome Last

I had bells palsy caused by ramsey hunt syndrome last feb 17 witch caused complete paralyse of my right side today feel much better but still feel numb around eye and mouth especially when tired I had regular treatment when diagnosed 2 treatments of prednisones I have to watch myself easy to fill dizzy can b12 vitamins help me? thank you Larry
