I Had Biopsy Between Pinky And 4th Toe (benign). Will

I had biopsy between pinky and 4th toe (benign). Will not heal, hurts. I wash daily with dial soap and rinse and dry, place cotton ball in between toes and apply bandage strip, Put on clean socks and sneekers.
Please help, its has been 2 weeks and not healing
