I Had Bladder Surgery 11 Years Ago And It Seems

I had bladder surgery 11 years ago and it seems that I need surgery again. The surgery was not a success from the beginning. I was never able to void sitting in a toilet. I have to stand up with my hands on my knees to create pressure and arch my back in order to empty my bladder. I am 54 years old and I would like to know if another surgery would be appropriate and would bring me back to normal.
