I Had Bleach Residue On My Fingers, Then Forgot And

I had bleach residue on my fingers, then forgot and touched some weed with same fingers and smoked it, after about 30 mins started to get headache and my throat sore and now lungs sore. Was small amount of bleach on toilet paper and I didn't even think I got any on my fingers but apparently it slipped enough through to be causing me pain. Should I go to ER? Or what to do to alleviate this?
