I Had Blood Drawn A Few Weeks Ago And Have

I had blood drawn a few weeks ago and have developed an itchy rash at the site. It went away briefly, but soon returned and now it's on my other arm where i had blood drawn also. The first location was bruised for several weeks before the rash showed up. Can you please give me an idea of what this could be?
