I Had Blood Drawn By A Nurse For A Life

I had blood drawn by a nurse for a life insurance exam a couple of days ago and I had an electric shock feeling near my wrist. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to complain. Today I noticed the feeling in my wrist again off and on throughout the day when I moved it.

I think I should let the nurse know about this since I realize it could be nerve pain. What can I do to alleviate this symptom? It isn't constant.
