I Had Blood Drawn On A Monday Evening With Results:

I had blood drawn on a Monday evening with results: WBC 12.9 and PLT 618,000 the following Tuesday morning, approx 14 hours later, I had more blood work results: WBC 8.9 PLT 585,000. (I do generally run between 450-550 range due to no spleen) is this normal to fluctuate like this in this short time frame for WBC and PLT?
