I Had Blood Drawn Two Weeks Ago And Of Course

I had blood drawn two weeks ago and of course I got a bruise, always do. However, two weeks later the bruise is still there and now there is a white line going down the center of the bruise. It started out as a white dot where the needle was injected and now has turned into a full line? What causes this and anything I should be worried about?
