I Had Blood Work Done After Having Tested Positive For

I had blood work done after having tested positive for strep but my throat and glands are still swollen and extremely sore, went to have test for strep again it was negative, my Doctor is sending me for an ultrasound on my thyroid but the blood work on my thyroid was normal, my LY# and MO# were very high in my blood work can you explain what this all means..thank you
