I Had Blood Work Done And My Sst Is 124

I had blood work done and my Sst is 124 my alt is 212. I am 56 and weigh 200. I took coconut oil pills for a month at 2000 Mg. Should I be concerned? My last readings were86 and 173 respectively. I take hydrochodone daily for a back injury. I did stop the coconut oil about 2 weeks ago.
