I Had Both Breast Removed Because Of Cancer No Reconstruction

I had both breast removed because of cancer no reconstruction and I was wondering if the scar tissue from the left side that I had my breast removed can make me feel like my heart might be in stress. I have no symptoms of a heart attack or any thing like that. It just hurt where the scars are from the breast removal and port.
