I Had Both Hips Injected With Steroids For Arthritis Pain

I had both hips injected with steroids for arthritis pain and Spurs this past Wednesday and I am still in some great hip, groin and back pain. Tonight I started with the adrelin Rush feeling in my legs and arms(some) and can't fall asleep. It seems like I have indigestion as well when laying down. Today my BPdc was 163/110. Do I need to be seen?
